Dedicated teamwork
We carefully consider our partnerships. The varying scales of our projects contribute to the establishment of a few very solid (often family-based) groups of weavers who are very interested in pursuing the development of new fabrics.

Under the imposition of a three-year United States government trade interruption effecting trade with our Burmese colleagues, we are working together, maintaining an exciting period of research and development of a broadened number of textile and fabric designs.

We are pleased with our role and look forward to the resumption of collaborating on projects to the marketplace, furthering the goals of education and improvement of living standards – the first steps to developing a democratic country.

Because so little has been written about this particular period and region, we are currently researching and collecting common 20th century fabric samples for a comprehensive inventory and possible publication.
