We have always enjoyed working with small groups of people on projects.
This usually takes the shape of collaborative efforts with a good deal
of give and take between all collaborators. Our modus operandi is the word
(in Kmher - 
- yùhng).
We collectively resist a hierarchical “top-down” system and
flourish in a setting where various individuals work together toward a given
end (be that a project, particular garment or increased communication).
Each person lends their particular expertise to create a common success.
